Kazim brings 18 years of expertise in corporate travel to Navan; he previously worked with industry peers like Carlson Wagonlit Travel and Thomas Cook. 

Starting as a customer service agent, Kazim rose to a leadership role, thriving in high-pressure environments and building strong relationships. 

“My passion for the travel and aviation industries stems from connecting with people worldwide and constantly expanding my horizons,” he shared.

Since joining a year and a half ago, Kazim has witnessed the company’s supportive and inclusive environment firsthand.

Although she temporarily shifted gears during the pandemic, her desire to work in travel never wavered. “When I returned to the industry in 2022, it reaffirmed that this is where I truly belong — learning, exploring, and building meaningful relationships,” she said.

Tasmiya was drawn to Navan by its transparent, collaborative culture and the promise of constant growth. She joined the team nine months ago, in May 2024.
